Mr. Freeland graduated from Cumberland University in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and from Middle Tennessee State University in 2015 with a Master's Degree in Education in School Counseling.
Mr. Freeland has experience as a Case Manager at Mental Health Cooperative and as a Crisis Intervention Specialist at Volunteer Behavioral Healthcare Systems. Mr. Freeland has been a school counselor for Barry Tatum Academy since 2015.
Mr. Freeland and his wife Amber have three children, two dogs, one cat, chickens, goats, and many more animals. Mr. Freeland enjoys exercising, baking, drinking coffee, and watching Nebraska football. Go Cornhuskers!
Patti Huffman

Mrs. Huffman graduated from Lipscomb University in 1988 with a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Mathematics and acquired a Master's Degree in PreK-12 Guidance and Counseling from Tennessee State in 2001.
Mrs. Huffman taught mathematics at Goodpasture Christian School and Donelson Christian Academy before moving to Wilson County Schools in 2009.
Mrs. Huffman has been a school counselor for Wilson County Adult High School and Barry Tatum Virtual Learning Academy since 2015. She enjoys assisting students in taking next steps beyond high school and overcoming obstacles that may be along the way.
Mrs. Huffman enjoys being outdoors and riding SxS off-road vehicles. Her family includes her husband, three children, one grandchild, and a collection of pets: 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 pig, and 16 chickens.
